Director Pharmacy Inpatient Services – Pharmacy Admin & Ed

Responsible to lead and direct the activities of inpatient pharmacists and inpatient manager(s); act as a resource to pharmacy staff as well as the staff of other departments; and to plan, develop and implement new programs/procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacy services. Work collaboratively with members of pharmacy leadership to meet the goals of the department and the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Either (A) Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD plus 7 years job related experience required, OR PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Health System Pharmacy Administration, Masters Degree in Hospital Pharmacy, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration plus 5 years job related experience required. Pennsylvania registration in Pharmacy or eligibility required.
