A licensed pharmacist in the State of California who performs pharmaceutical services as designated by State Law and consistently to meet the needs of the institution. Maintains a specialized hospital practice with distributive and clinical services including: efficient drug distribution with priority focus on patient safety, direct supervision of pharmacy technicians, monitoring of safe and appropriate Physician and Pharmacy regulated drug therapies for all patient populations served, and provision of drug information to physicians, nurses, other health care professionals, and the patient and/or family.

Experience: Minimum one (1) year acute care experience in hospital pharmacy required or completion of a clinical pharmacy residency program accredited by ASHP.
Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Active pharmacist license in California
Active certification in BLS and ACLS (PALS optional)
