As a Kidney Transplant Pharmacist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, you will support to the attending staff, fellows, clinical coordinators, as well as to the other clinical support staff in the Comprehensive Transplant Center's Kidney Transplant Program through consultation, role modeling, and education. He/She is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care for a selected group of patients. The Transplant Pharmacist is active in resolving problems associated with the administration of quality patient care as necessary. Additionally, she/he serves as a liaison pharmacist between the Kidney Transplant Program and other departments, especially pharmacy department throughout the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
