Pharmacy Services Manager – Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program
$150,036 - $162,252 annual salary
California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a dynamic pharmacy manager to provide leadership to a team of pharmacists tasked with supporting our newly-launched statewide Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program.
This comprehensive program is designed to provide integrated, specialized care to patients with a history of substance abuse who require additional medical assistance. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Management of pharmacy programs including Opioid Stewardship, Medication Assisted Treatment, and Narcotic Treatment Program
Serving as a subject matter expert on a variety of statewide committees
Management of clinical data for use in utilization and quality management reporting
Assisting in the development of annual budget and review of cost-containment strategies, including accurate drug cost forecasting
To thrive in this position, you must have:
Current CA pharmacy licensure
Three years’ experience supervising the operation of a hospital pharmacy; or two years’ experience as a Pharmacist I with the State of CA; or one year experience as a Pharmacist II with the State of CA
Knowledge of hospital pharmacy general operating procedures; budgeting and inventory best practices; and electronic medical records/pharmacy computer systems
