Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Pain Management)
The incumbent will serve as a clinical pharmacist specializing in Pain Management. This pharmacist works with providers in managing high risk patients treated with opioids for chronic pain. High risk patients are those who present with multiple or recurrent aberrant drug-related behaviors and/or history of substance abuse requiring close monitoring and ongoing assessment to evaluate conditions across the substance misuse and addiction spectrum.
