Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (Inpatient Mental Health)
The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) - Inpatient Mental Health Provider functions at the highest level of clinical practice and supports a defined role in budgetary execution and serves as a mid-level provider by initiating, modifying or discontinuing medication therapy, and as a consultant for intensive medication therapy management services. The CPP will work within an interdisciplinary team to manage patients with various MH conditions admitted to the inpatient psychiatric unit.
