The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Clinical Pharmacist team activities, training, education and assessment and attainment of productivity metrics. This position will support leadership activities of the department, coordinate quality/process improvement initiatives and represent the pharmacy department on multidisciplinary committees. The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator, under the direction of the clinical manager and director, will ensure the competency, compliance and professional development of staff. All activities will be done in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations with the health and welfare of the patient paramount. Areas of leadership responsibility for this position consist of Hematology/Oncology, General Pediatr
