We are seeking a System Manager of Admixture/Compounding Pharmacy Services for our multi-site health system. This position will cover both Sterile and Non-Sterile Product compounding services. All applicants must have at least a Bachelors in Pharmacy and 3 years of experience managing IV admixture services in a health system along with a thorough knowledge of USP 795, 797, 800.
