The Outpatient Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for all aspects of pharmacy care including clinical and operational duties in the outpatient pharmacy setting. Responsible for working with pharmacy department staff and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, cost-conscious and patient-centered drug therapy. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
