The information obtained will be entered into the electronic health record to be used by physicians and other health care providers.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):High School Diploma or equivalent required.Current Pharmacy Technician certification or Licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the state of employment required.
