Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Boise's St. Luke's Plaza is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Outpatient Administration team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with departments such as rev cycle and IHT to lead efforts that support the expansion of medication therapy management (MTM) services, discharge medication reconciliation, immunizations and prescribing
• Support outpatient pharmacy staff training through coordination efforts with educators and leadership.
• Provide clear instructions for and support of FPPE and OPPE procedures with CVO through clear communication with outpatient pharmacists
• Provide support and collaborate with community residents on quality improvement and major research projects
• Develop protocols for application within the outpatient pharmacy setting in alignment with expansion of outpatient clinical services
• Support the lifestyle medicine clinic as needed and precept community residents through the lifestyle medicine rotation
• May assist in the training of technicians, externs, interns, residents and other department staff
• Serve as a role model and mentor to technicians, students, residents and new practitioners
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
