All applicants must have, at minimum, their Bachelor in Pharmacy, PGY1 Residency training, and 5 or more years of clinical hospital pharmacist experience to include acute care clinical pharmacy leadership experience, preferably in a hospital or health system covering 200+ beds. A current LA license is preferred but not required at the time of application to be considered.
